Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Qualisend’s services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Qualisend may be used for legitimate email verification purposes, including:

• Verifying email addresses and lists that you own or have a lawful right to process;
• Cleaning and validating sign-up, CRM, or marketing lists before sending;
• Real-time verification of addresses collected through your own forms and API;
• Reducing bounce rates and protecting your sender reputation.

You may not use Qualisend to submit, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any laws;
• Infringes intellectual property rights;
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination;
• Involves child exploitation or abuse;
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
• Promotes illegal drugs or substances;
• Facilitates phishing, scams, or identity theft.

You may not:

• Submit email addresses you do not have a lawful basis or right to process;
• Harvest or collect email addresses without consent;
• Use purchased or rented email lists;
• Use verification results to send unsolicited commercial email (spam);
• Use our Services to enable harassment, doxxing, or unlawful contact;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or verification infrastructure;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
• Use automated tools to scrape our Services;
• Resell or redistribute our Services without permission;
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable regulations.

If you use Qualisend to prepare or clean lists for email campaigns, you must:

• Obtain proper consent before sending emails;
• Provide clear unsubscribe mechanisms;
• Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days);
• Include accurate sender information;
• Comply with anti-spam laws in recipient jurisdictions.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Qualisend a license to process it. You must not upload content that infringes others’ intellectual property rights.

You must not abuse our Services through excessive API calls, bandwidth consumption, or other activities that degrade performance for other users.

Qualisend reserves the right to:

• Monitor use of our Services for compliance;
• Investigate suspected violations;
• Remove content that violates this policy;
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations;
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, report it to hello@qualisend.com.

Violations may result in:

• Warning and request to cease violating activity;
• Temporary suspension of Services;
• Permanent termination of account;
• Legal action for damages;
• Reporting to relevant authorities.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
