What counts as a credit?

What's the difference between pay-as-you-go and Pro?

Pay-as-you-go: buy a pack of credits once. They never expire, and larger packs cost less per credit. Pro: a monthly subscription at any volume, priced 20% below pay-as-you-go, with credits that refresh each billing cycle. Choose Pro if you verify regularly; pay-as-you-go for occasional cleanups.

Do unused credits roll over?

Pay-as-you-go credits sit in your wallet and never expire. Pro plan credits refresh to your chosen amount each cycle - unused plan credits don't roll over, but any wallet credits you've bought stay put (and are spent last).

What happens with catch-all or unknown results?

Accepted Answer

A catch-all domain accepts every address, so no verifier can confirm the mailbox - Qualisend flags it risky (with a low-deliverability reason) and it uses a credit, because that's a verdict you can act on. An unknown result means a temporary server issue left the mailbox undetermined - we retry it automatically, and if it stays unknown the credit is refunded. You only pay for information you can act on.

Is there an API?

Yes. Generate a key in the dashboard and verify via the API, one credit each, the same as the dashboard. Pro includes full API access and priority mailbox probes.
