How Qualisend integrations work
The rules on this page apply to every platform you connect to Qualisend: who can change what, how credits are counted, what the results page shows, and how auto-cleans and real-time checks run. Each platform's own guide covers its setup, fields and limits.

Who can do what
Every member of a Qualisend workspace has one role, and it decides what they can do with a connected platform:
- Owner or Admin: connect or disconnect a platform, and turn real-time checks on, change them or turn them off.
- Editor: run cleans, and schedule or cancel auto-cleans, once a platform is connected.
- Viewer: read-only access.
When a member's role is too low, the action stops with an error message (see Common messages).
How credits are counted
- One credit checks one address. If the same address appears twice in a clean, you pay for it once.
- When a clean starts, Qualisend sets aside credits for the number of contacts the platform reports, up to the platform's per-run cap. If your balance is lower, the clean doesn't start. Some platforms set aside an estimate instead and add more while reading; their guides explain how.
- Results that come back
unknownare refunded, and stopping a clean early returns the credits it didn't use. - A clean that only exports its results costs the same as one that saves them to the platform, and every auto-clean run is charged like a clean you start yourself.
- Each real-time check costs one credit as well.
Plans and credit packs are on the pricing page.
The results page
After you click Verify & clean (Verify & export on platforms that only export), Qualisend opens the clean's own results page. The count rises as addresses are checked, and you can click Stop at any point.
A few mailboxes answer slowly and get rechecked for a while. To wrap up without waiting, click Finish now: those addresses are saved as unknown and refunded.
Once the page says Verification complete, Download CSV gives you a file of the results: every result (the All tab) or only the tab that's open.
Verification failed means the clean couldn't finish, usually because of a problem reading from the platform. The platform's guide lists what to check before you run it again.
What each status means is explained in the status guide.
Auto-clean schedules
To repeat a clean, pick an auto-clean interval of 7, 14 or 30 days under Repeat before you start it. The first clean starts right away, and the next one is due when the interval has passed.
Each platform page lists its schedules under Scheduled auto-cleans, with the next date and how the last run went:
- Last run: clean: the last clean started. Its results page shows how it ended.
- Last run: error: the last clean couldn't start, for example because the balance was too low.
A run that couldn't start isn't retried right away: the next attempt comes one full interval later. Some platforms show one or two more statuses, explained in their guides. Click Cancel next to a schedule to stop it.
Real-time checks
On platforms that support it, every new contact the platform reports is checked shortly after it arrives. On most platforms the result is then saved back on that contact; form platforms only record it in Qualisend. To turn checks on, click Set up on the real-time card of the platform's page; its guide explains the options.
Every check costs a credit, and unknown results are refunded. When the workspace runs out of credits, new contacts are skipped rather than held for later, so after topping up, clean the list once to catch the ones that arrived in between.
Imports can add thousands of contacts at once. If an import would trigger checks, turn real-time checks off first and clean the imported contacts as a list.
